Bye 2020

The past couple of months have been quite challenging. I didn’t advertise it anywhere but my husband actually tested for COVID. We were in a position to be able to isolate him from my mom and my son so that helped a lot. He was able to have access to his own bathroom and I basically gave him food on a table outside of his room whenever needed. Luckily, his symptoms were very mild... just loss of taste and smell. After a little over 3 weeks, he tested negative and was able to go back to work.

In the midst of all that... my mom, Roman, and I all had to get tested. Our tests all came back negative (thank God!).

This happened around the week before Thanksgiving so we ended up cancelling our Christmas get-together. We never really make plans for NYE since we have never been able to stay up for the countdown since having Roman.

The best part about our Christmas morning was watching our son open his presents. His 2 major presents were his play kitchen and his balance bike.
